All aquatic life is guaranteed to stay alive for 7 days in a properly established environment from the day you purchase,. or we will gladly refund your payment back.
Aquatic life can be returned with a receipt within 7 days for a full refund.
A water sample is recommended for all refunds or exchanges. The Fish Geek wants to ensure that parameters are stable and acceptable for the aquatic life to thrive.
Please ensure that you have the properly established environment for the species you want to home prior to purchase.
Should you experience the loss of your aquatic life, please contact us (either in-store or online) within the required time frame.
